Probate Pre-Filing appointment

Service Description

Pre-filing appointment to go over the Probate Petition with the Client, obtain a deposit for the Probate Attorney’s out of pocket-costs. and arrangements made with Client for obtaining the required signing of the Verification of the Petition. The last appointment with the Probate Attorney before the Petition, verified with Client’s signature, is filed with the Probate Court, making sure “the i’s are dotted and the t’s are crossed.” Discussion of what the Client can expect at the first hearing and how the Client plans to appear at the hearing on the Petition, whether in-person or by Zoom.
